About the Role

We are looking for support for our team in Review Management: You will answer reviews, evaluate user feedback, and make recurring issues visible to our team.

Responsibilities

Regularly review reviews and user feedback on our digital offerings, especially our apps, categorizing them comprehensibly by topic, concern, and sentiment.
Identify central patterns, recurring feedback, and acute issues.
Formulate, check, and finalize responses to reviews – appreciatively, understandably, and in line with communication guidelines.
Regularly prepare key findings from the evaluation in short overviews, tables, or reports, documenting them for use in communication, support, and product development.
With growing experience, support the further development of response templates, categories, evaluation logic, and workflows in Review Management.
Contribute ideas on how digital tools and AI can meaningfully support categorization, draft responses, summaries, and reporting, and carefully check results for quality and understandability.

Requirements

Enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in Communication Studies, Media, Social or Economic Sciences, Psychology, Digital Health, or a comparable degree program, having successfully completed at least the third semester.
Excellent and stylistically confident German writing skills with a strong sense for language, tonality, and audience-appropriate communication.
Structured, meticulous, and independent work style, combining communication strength with analytical thinking.
Good Excel skills.
Technically open-minded, eager to learn new tools, and interested in the meaningful use of AI and automation in the workplace.
Ideally, initial experience in communication, customer service, community management, or working with digital products.
Not all points need to be fully met; a good sense for language and target audience, as well as analytical thinking, are most important.
