About the Role

As the central point of contact for customers and installers during bathroom renovations, you will solve customer inquiries and maintain an overview of multiple construction sites. You will coordinate materials, reorders, and appointments between installers, internal teams, and external partners. You will be responsible for the internal site acceptance according to defined quality standards, including checking final documentation, approval, and follow-up of remaining open points.

Responsibilities

Act as the central point of contact for customers and installers during ongoing bathroom renovations, solving inquiries solution-oriented and maintaining an overview of multiple construction sites.
Coordinate materials, reorders, and appointments between installers, internal teams, and external partners.
Maintain clean documentation of processes and project statuses in the CRM system.
Identify delays and disruptions early, find solutions, and communicate them proactively.
Take responsibility for internal site acceptance according to defined quality standards, including checking final documentation, approval, and follow-up of open remaining points.

Requirements

Completed technical training, e.g., as an industrial mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning, or gas and water installer, or professional experience in construction management or technical customer service.
Technical understanding of sanitary and renovation processes; ability to assess construction site situations over the phone.
An eye for quality and diligence in checking final documentation.
Ability to work independently, structured, and remain calm in a dynamic environment with short-term changes.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient demeanor, especially with elderly customers and their relatives.
Experience in interdepartmental collaboration.
Proficient in using digital tools.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Zoho) is an advantage.
Very good German language skills.
