About the Role
As a graduate, you will rotate within each of the five teams in the Affordable Housing Division, gaining diverse experience towards your APC. You will engage with clients from the start and build your network internally and externally with market leaders.
Responsibilities
- Rotate within General Consultancy (Asset management, Stock rationalisation)
- Rotate within Development and Regeneration (Development appraisal & valuations, Project management)
- Rotate within Surveying and Procurement (Surveying, Delivery of large projects)
- Rotate within Valuation (Loan security valuations, Buy/sell site advice)
- Rotate within Treasury and Debt Advisory (Financial consultancy, Fund raising/advice)
- Demonstrate a strong foundational knowledge of the profession, qualification, and role.
- Enrol and progress towards your qualification, understanding competencies and maintaining an up-to-date record of experience.
- Complete all required induction and mandatory training.
- Ask relevant questions, demonstrating curiosity and enthusiasm about the business.
- Understand the UK business strategy, team strategy, and your contribution.
- Adhere to additional divisional requirements and understand your personal brand (office attire, etiquette, team expectations).
- Accurately complete tasks on time with guidance.
- Approach tasks with team and client expectations in mind.
- Show attention to detail in all outputs, including data accuracy, formatting, and compliance with Savills’ brand and policies.
- Maintain good timekeeping, both personally and professionally.
- Arrive at work in good time and be a reliable team member.
- Meet agreed deadlines consistently, prioritizing tasks effectively and communicating capacity issues or questions proactively.
- Begin building effective working relationships with colleagues across the team and wider business.
- Have regular 1:1s with your line manager and encourage feedback on your work.
- Adapt communication style with different stakeholders, maintaining professionalism at all times.
