About the Role

As a sandwich placement student, you will receive the same exposure as a graduate. You will gain experience across all disciplines of Building & Project Consultancy including technical due diligence, dilapidations, building surveying, project management, neighbourly matters and planned preventative maintenance. Through undertaking building surveys, dilapidations inspections, project progress site visits and client meetings – together with the preparation of reports, dilapidations assessments and the design and specification of tender documents – no two days are the same.
