About the Role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into possible improvements to our product.
- Design and develop clean, maintainable, and high-quality software, applying a wide range of principles including functional patterns.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
- Guide technical direction for major initiatives, shape how the product evolves and mentor team members.
- Work closely with colleagues, share learnings openly, and continuously improve processes, tools, and team practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, Clean Code and Clean Architecture.
- Ability to translate business problems into precise requirements, specifications and ultimately into code.
- Link daily work to team and company goals, balance cost and benefit, deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.
- Take responsibility for technical work, the product built, and the team shaped.
- Proactively support team goals and close gaps.
- Simplify complex systems, identify core concepts, and communicate complex ideas to different stakeholders.
