About the Role

The Media Planning & Orchestration Senior Executive provides foundational support to the Media Strategy & Operations and Planning & Orchestration teams. This role bridges Media Strategy, Operations, and external media agencies, managing live deployment calendars, tracking financial workflows, and driving asset enablement for campaign execution. As an employee-owner, your work contributes to shared success while building expertise in central and retail media. Night Premium is paid for hours worked between 22:00 - 06:00.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day briefing process with media agency.
  • Review agency proposals and plans to ensure alignment with campaign brief and media strategy.
  • Track and execute Brand, Category, and Retail media plans for a holistic view.
  • Ensure clear KPIs are embedded in agency plans and monitor performance for optimizations.
  • Coordinate operational setup of campaign-specific Test & Learn plans, tracking variables and ensuring data capture.
  • Liaise with Category and Marketing teams for media plan visibility, suitability queries, and asset gathering.
  • Manage the end-to-end Post-Campaign Evaluation (PCE) process with the agency, compiling performance data and insights.

Requirements

  • Experience in a media planning role at account manager or executive level (agency or in-house).
  • Experience briefing media agencies and evaluating multi-channel media responses and plans (TV, OOH, print, radio, paid social, paid digital, partnerships, retail media).
  • Experience tracking performance of multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience working with media agencies, creative agencies, and marketing teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience working on brand marketing, category marketing, trade marketing, and retail media marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of setting campaign benchmarks, KPIs, and structured media tests to influence future campaigns.

  • Proficient with modern collaborative tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management boards)
