About the Role

This role supports BauMont Real Estate Capital, a specialist real estate investment manager within M&G’s Private Markets business. The successful candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide high-quality support to senior stakeholders in London and Paris.

Responsibilities

  • Provide highly skilled and organised daily management of individual senior Managers diaries.
  • Coordinate and diarise large or complex meetings.
  • Coordinate and book travel for colleagues.
  • Manage incoming correspondence and deal with issues autonomously through to completion.
  • Complete Gifts & Hospitality submissions for colleagues.
  • Submit expenses for individuals in the team.
  • Assist with planning and organising of events and coordinate the team’s attendance at industry events.
  • Ensure all documentation, venue details and other relevant information has been collated and distributed ahead of large meetings.
  • Prepare high quality documentation as requested, including Powerpoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, reports, agendas, minutes, and letters.
  • Assist with setting up new starters, management of leavers, and manage ARC for systems access for the team.
  • Order company branded items such as business cards.
  • Support the organising and administration of Investment Committee meetings.
  • Manage subscriptions to professional publications.
  • Update website with press releases, team bios and important company news.
  • Assist with sending out invoices, processing invoices and setting-up payments.
  • Assist with circulating messages to the BauMont team and be point of contact for administration related tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in providing high quality support to senior individuals at Director / Board level.
  • Experienced in handling sensitive and confidential information/matters.
  • Confident to work autonomously, with initiative, ‘managing upwards’ as required.
  • Experienced in supporting a number of colleagues across teams.
  • Ability to prioritise demanding workloads and juggle multiple competing priorities.
  • Highly organised and efficient.
  • Knowledge of or a willingness to learn the M&G and BauMont business processes and systems.

Skills

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft applications e.g. Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, Copilot.
