About the Role
GXO is seeking 3.5 Ton Van Drivers to join their team in Greenford, working with their premium customer, Waitrose. This role involves safely completing multi-drop deliveries, managing customer returns, carrying out vehicle safety checks, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Safely completing multi-drop deliveries, typically serving 20+ customers per day
- Managing customer returns and reporting discrepancies accurately
- Carrying out vehicle safety checks and defect reporting
- Delivering outstanding customer service at the customer's doorstep
Requirements
- Full UK manual driving licence held for at least 6 months
- No more than 6 penalty points (no TT99, IN, DD, DR or DG endorsements)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work unsocial hours and weekends as required
