About the Role
In our daycare center, we care for up to 49 children aged 1 year to school entry from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The Kita Schneckenkönig is located in a green area, directly by the forest. Educational and nature-related activities and projects characterize our work.
Responsibilities
- Provide sensitive, patient, and individual support to children with and without special needs.
- Accompany children in their development into independent and communal personalities through playful learning.
- Plan and implement educational activities in all educational areas.
- Participate in professional support, regular team meetings, and supervision.
- Engage in semi-open work with children.
- Work collaboratively in a lively and open-minded team.
Requirements
- Completed training as a state-recognized educator or pedagogical specialist (m/f/d).
- Ability to listen to children and colleagues, ask open questions, and self-reflect.
- Willingness to provide an extended police clearance certificate and proof of measles protection.
