About the Role

This role is for an ambitious Digital Account Executive to join a fast-growing agency, delivering innovative digital corporate communications solutions. You will support the delivery of digital communications for blue-chip clients, including corporate websites and online reporting centers. The role offers the opportunity to engage with clients, understand current trends, and develop your career within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support the account management and digital project management team with day-to-day project management, including driving schedules and meeting deadlines.
  • Produce core project documentation, such as contact reports, project briefs, and status reports.
  • Upload content and make edits/updates to client websites using the Content Management System (CMS).
  • Support and contribute to sitemaps and wireframes.
  • Oversee and manage the turnaround of project design and content amends to ensure error-free delivery.
  • Consistently apply Black Sun’s project management and quality assurance processes.
  • Develop understanding of digital project delivery, enhancing creative, digital, and best practice knowledge.
  • Organize meetings and conference calls, and maintain orderly filing of documents.
  • Develop commercial awareness of Black Sun’s job costing and fee structure.
  • Effectively manage project budgets by implementing financial processes, including creating budget proposals, reconciliations, raising Purchase Orders, and supporting invoicing.
  • Submit accurate timesheets on a daily basis.
  • Build strong relationships with day-to-day client contacts and participate in client meetings.
  • Deliver exemplary client services to ensure high client satisfaction and exceed client expectations.
  • Support research into digital best practice corporate communications and provide insights for thought leadership.
  • Develop understanding of clients' businesses, industries, digital corporate communications trends, and industry news.
  • Articulate Black Sun’s proposition and views on key market insights.

Requirements

  • Excellent academics
  • 1-2 years of experience working within a digital or integrated agency
  • Organized and comfortable coordinating projects and deliverables
  • Ideally trained in project management techniques or software
  • A digital native keen to stay updated on sector developments
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
