About the Role

We are hiring an Account Manager to join the dedicated Publicis One team supporting the LEGO Group. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering integrated media campaigns across multiple markets, collaborating with talented specialists and building strong client partnerships. You will help bring campaigns to life, turning insights into action and ensuring exceptional delivery across a globally recognised brand.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Account Director to deliver integrated media campaigns across multiple business units and international markets.
  • Build trusted day-to-day relationships with clients, ensuring campaign activity and deliverables are managed effectively.
  • Coordinate campaigns across EMEA, bringing together specialist teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Contribute to media planning across a variety of channels and manage selected planning and buying workstreams.
  • Translate campaign performance and market insights into clear recommendations and actionable opportunities.
  • Support and develop Account Executives, helping them grow their skills and confidence.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture, sharing ideas and supporting innovative thinking across the LEGO account.

Requirements

  • Experience working within a media agency environment supporting campaign planning and delivery.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Interest in integrated media planning and a curiosity about how different channels work together to drive results.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting information clearly to a range of audiences.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills combined with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
