About the Role
Our DevOps team manages repository management, build automation, continuous integration, and software quality assurance and compliance tools based on ISO26262 requirements for product development, including AD/ADAS software.
Responsibilities
- Integrate and combine multiple large-scale C/C++ software stacks/projects for autonomous driving system development.
- Develop and maintain core software systems essential for general software development, including build & test (Bazel), source code and dependency management/software deployment, developer build environment setup (Ubuntu), storage management (Artifactory, AWS S3, etc.), caching (BuildBarn, in-house solutions), and CI/CD (Github Actions).
- Support on-premise Hardware-in-the-Loop (HILS) and test benches.
- Provide daily operational support to autonomous driving sub-teams (Perception, Planner, Control, Data, etc.).
- Collaborate with other developers to verify build errors in their respective projects.
- Offer suggestions and technical assistance on build and CI best practices to other developers.
- Assist in the introduction and configuration of build/CI setups for new development projects.
- Maintain build/CI infrastructure and optimize resources according to usage requirements.
- Investigate, evaluate, and introduce new systems for software source code and dependency management.
- Manage workstation development environments, including OS images, repositories, build tools, and Docker containers.
Requirements
- Experience with C/C++ (C++14 or later).
- Practical experience in developing, operating, and maintaining CI/CD environments.
- Extensive experience with Linux operating systems.
- Extensive experience using Git in projects involving numerous developers.
- General experience with Bazel in large-scale projects.
- General experience with scripting languages (bash, Python, etc.).
- Over 5 years of practical experience in related work.
- Business-level English proficiency.
