About the Role
Join our growing Business Analytics team as a Business Analyst in London. You will transform Rewards and Core data into actionable insights through reporting and analysis, learning to leverage AI tools from the start.
Responsibilities
- Pull, shape, and interrogate data using SQL to address team inquiries.
- Develop and maintain accurate and user-friendly reports and dashboards.
- Translate complex data into clear findings and communicate them effectively to non-analyst stakeholders.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency in query writing, dashboard creation, and result summarization.
- Independently manage and own analytical projects from inception to completion as you develop.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills.
- Hands-on SQL experience or a demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and at least one BI tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with AI (LLM) tools and a proactive approach to using them for faster learning and work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain thought processes clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Team-oriented and collaborative.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Low ego and a willingness to work collaboratively.
