About the Role
As a Working Student Finance, you will support the Finance team in maintaining accurate, compliant, and scalable accounting operations, with a focus on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. This role offers hands-on finance experience within a hyper-growth AI company, involving direct work with invoices, customers, and systems.
Responsibilities
- Process and review vendor invoices (PO and non-PO), ensuring correct approvals and postings.
- Ensure accurate synchronization of transactions from the Procure-to-Pay solution into the ERP system.
- Issue customer invoices and monitor outstanding balances.
- Support collections efforts to reduce overdue receivables.
- Assist with reconciliations, month-end close activities, and audit preparations.
- Serve as a point of contact for basic vendor, customer, and internal finance-related inquiries.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Curious and hands-on, eager to learn accounting in a fast-growing tech company.
- Careful and reliable, comfortable working with numbers and systems.
- Fluent in German and English.
