About the Role
Activate Interactive is seeking a Product Manager to work with Singapore Government Agencies. This role involves overall product lifecycle management and delivery of business value through effective planning, prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and governance.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog.
- Prioritize incidents, defects, enhancements, security fixes, and change requests.
- Engage stakeholders and users to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
- Translate operational requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release prioritization activities.
- Manage product governance, reporting, risk tracking, and progress monitoring.
- Ensure delivered capabilities generate measurable operational value and improve user outcomes.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
- Support Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related role.
- Experience managing enterprise-scale or government technology projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering capabilities.
- Experience managing product backlogs, sprint planning, and release prioritization.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and practices.
- Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Agile coaching or Scrum Master experience.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Knowledge of product governance frameworks and reporting practices.
- Experience supporting digital transformation or operational technology initiatives.
