About the Role
The Landside Operations Department of DP World CSCT Agigea offers a suitable opportunity for well-organized individuals passionate about maritime shipping.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and verify the flow of vehicles in the Main Gate area, managing queues, checking driver identities, and the technical condition of external vehicles to achieve productivity goals safely and securely.
- Inspect and record seals, integrity, and external physical condition of containers, reporting discrepancies and non-conformities in the Terminal Operating System (TOS) according to health and safety procedures.
- Accurately record data from work documentation into TOS as per internal procedures and instructions to enhance service quality and operational safety.
- Promptly communicate operational information and shipping documentation data received from shipping agents and their representatives to ensure smooth and safe loading/unloading operations.
- Actively collaborate with shipping agents and drivers by providing clear and timely operational and work documentation information to ensure service quality.
- Apply and monitor all work procedures and instructions for vehicle loading/unloading operations to meet productivity indicators and performance standards.
- Adhere to IT security policy and TOS access/usage instructions for optimal network performance.
- Collaborate with all company departments and provide support to resolve issues, ensuring business continuity.
- Professionally interact with clients and employees, providing clear and helpful responses to information requests.
Requirements
- Completed secondary education or higher education.
- Approximately 1 year of direct work experience in a similar environment (maritime operations, transport, logistics). Relevant experience gained during higher education or internships is a plus for entry-level candidates.
- Good computer operation skills and proficiency in activity-specific applications.

- Ability to clearly structure documents, processes, and technical information with attention to accuracy and traceability.
