About the Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to guide clients through transformation processes, from strategic realignment to operational optimization. This role involves fostering connections through empathy, clarity, and goal orientation to drive change. You will combine analytical rigor with methodological expertise to tackle complex challenges and develop sustainable solutions, actively shaping business models, organizations, and future strategies with a "hands-on" approach. Effective communication across all levels, from project teams to C-level executives, is essential, as is the ability to inspire and engage stakeholders through clear explanations and compelling presentations.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through transformation processes, from strategic realignment to operational optimization.
- Foster connections through empathy, clarity, and goal orientation to drive change.
- Combine analytical rigor with methodological expertise to tackle complex challenges and develop sustainable solutions.
- Actively shape business models, organizations, and future strategies with a "hands-on" approach.
- Communicate effectively across all levels, from project teams to C-level executives.
- Inspire and engage stakeholders through clear explanations and compelling presentations.
- Proactively engage potential clients, identify their needs early, and develop viable partnerships.
Requirements
- Completed degree in engineering, business, or natural sciences, or equivalent qualification enabling understanding of complex contexts.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy development, key account management, business development, or management consulting, with a focus on sustainable value creation.
- Up to 10 years of industry knowledge to deeply shape, expand, and develop projects.
- Analytical strength combined with a sales focus to identify customer needs and develop viable solutions.
- Confident communication at all levels, entrepreneurial thinking, and a holistic perspective.
- Fluent German and very good English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to work on-site at client locations.
