About the Role
Runlayer is building the platform enterprises need to put AI to work safely. We offer a unified platform for MCPs, Skills, and Agents, providing security, governance, and observability to mitigate risks associated with AI adoption. We have secured $30M in Series A funding and are trusted by leading companies like Gusto and Instacart.
Responsibilities
- Own projects across finance, legal ops, marketing, partnerships, compliance, GTM support, product research, recruiting, and events.
- Build and automate internal processes using the company's AI platform.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential problems and growing pains.
- Support board meeting preparation and company reporting for the Head of Operations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience, including experience in an operating role at a high-growth startup.
- Proficiency in using AI for various tasks.
- Highly organized and precise.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of thinking from first principles.
- Low ego and high ownership mentality.
