About the Role

As a Service Technician for Security Technology, you will work independently at our customers' sites, ensuring the flawless operation of modern fire alarm and security systems.

Responsibilities

Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire alarm technology, intrusion alarm systems, video surveillance, and access controls
Inspections and tests according to regulations and standards
Troubleshooting and repairs directly at the customer's site
Technical advice and support for customers
Creation of work documentation
On-call duty to ensure system availability

Requirements

Completed vocational training in electrical engineering
Sound IT/PC knowledge
Experience as a service technician and in customer interaction
Knowledge of electrical engineering
Good MS Office skills
Class B driver's license
