About the Role
BMI is the only manufacturer offering both pitched and flat roof systems for residential and commercial buildings. We have decades of experience in roofing and focus on innovative roof and building solutions. We utilize our extensive experience in Germany with over 2000 employees, 17 production sites, a research and development center, and five strong brands.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance work on production facilities.
- Actively participate in optimizing production processes, as well as maintenance and preventive maintenance of production facilities.
- Procure, store, and manage necessary spare parts and create maintenance plans.
- Adhere to our guidelines for occupational safety, environmental protection, and health.
- Periodically monitor production processes.
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training, preferably as a Mechatronics Technician or Electronics Technician, or alternatively as an Industrial Mechanic, Tool Mechanic, or Locksmith.
- Extensive experience in the maintenance of a production facility.
- Technical understanding, solution-oriented approach, and analytical skills.
- Flexibility and teamwork skills.
- Very good German language skills.
