About the Role
Akaysha is leading the energy transition towards a better, brighter tomorrow by building, owning, and operating world-leading battery assets. The work you will do makes a tangible impact on the future of the planet and its people. You will join the Accounting team within Finance & Investments, playing a crucial role in funding future projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead Group budgeting, rolling forecasts and strategic planning across the business
- Turn month-end into Executive and Board reporting that shapes the next decision, and the future of the business
- Partner with Investments and Treasury on the calls that decide where we grow next
- Help rebuild how FP&A works day to day, so it keeps pace as we move into new markets
Requirements
- Financial modelling sharp enough to hold together across a complex, multi-country structure
- A knack for turning a dense set of numbers into a story a Board will act on
- Commercial judgement that connects a number to the decision it’s meant to inform
