About the Role
We are currently looking for a Hausmann (Linen Porter) to join our Berlin Housekeeping team, covering maternity leave. We are open to both full-time and part-time applications. Reporting to our Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for providing brilliant and genuinely helpful customer service for every guest looking to stay in The Hoxton, Charlottenburg.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms to brand standards.
- Oversee the delivery and collection of linen and terry daily.
- Responsible for stocking linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in stores.
- Ensure guest floors are clean and well maintained at all times.
- Assist with other tasks to support the housekeeping team as required.
- Ensure all Health and Safety standards are adhered to and report any breaches.
- Ensure all cleaning materials are handled correctly and be aware of COSHH regulations.
- Attend all required training sessions.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times.
- Provide the highest level of customer care, offering friendly, helpful, and responsive service.

- Good communication skills (German and English favorable).
- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure rooms meet the highest standards.
