Responsibilities
- Perform entry and access controls, welcoming visitors, speakers, exhibitors, and service providers while verifying access authorizations.
- Ensure security by identifying potential risks early and initiating appropriate measures for hazard prevention.
- Manage visitor flow, orient guests, provide information, and ensure orderly operations in event areas.
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor event halls, foyer, exhibition, and outdoor areas.
- Act professionally during incidents, reacting quickly to disturbances, emergencies, or security-relevant events.
Requirements
- Possession of a certificate of competence according to § 34a GewO is mandatory.
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Good manners, a well-groomed, and athletic appearance.
