About the Role
Provide security for central events in Berlin, including congresses, conferences, and press conferences, ensuring a safe and orderly environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform entry and access controls, welcoming visitors and verifying credentials.
- Ensure security by identifying potential risks and initiating preventative measures.
- Manage visitor flow, provide information, and maintain order in event areas.
- Conduct regular patrols of event halls, foyers, exhibition areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Respond professionally to disruptions, emergencies, or security-related incidents.
Requirements
- Possession of a certificate of competence according to §34a GewO is mandatory.
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Good manners and a well-groomed, athletic appearance.
