About the Role
The Food and Beverage Supervisor will lead and support the day-to-day operation of the outlet, ensuring exceptional service and memorable guest experiences. This role involves supervising, coaching, and motivating the team to consistently deliver high standards of hospitality, presentation, and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the day-to-day operation of the outlet, ensuring exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
- Supervise, coach and motivate the team to consistently deliver high standards of hospitality, presentation and service excellence.
- Oversee service delivery, ensuring food and beverage offerings are presented and served in line with brand standards.
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation and operational efficiency throughout the outlet.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally to maximise guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and operational procedures.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and the wider Food & Beverage team to achieve operational and guest satisfaction goals.
- Support other outlets and events across the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane to broaden experience and develop new skills.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for delivering intuitive, personalised service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to consistently uphold the highest standards of presentation and service delivery.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with a diverse, high-end and discerning international clientele.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs, resolve requests proactively, and exceed expectations in a fast-paced luxury environment.
