Responsibilities
- Assist with managing a venue in the food and beverage department, tending to guests and exceeding their expectations.
- Manage a food and beverage venue, ensuring the team provides service excellence through each customer experience.
- Act as a confident and welcoming leader, creating a community that empowers the team to grow and reach their potential.
- Plan and execute team building activities.
- Ensure the venue is consistently prepared and stocked through ordering and adequate planning.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the Food and Beverage department.
- Ensure self and team uphold all company policies and procedures.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings.
Requirements
- An up-to-date RSA.
- Relevant experience in a managerial role.
- Working rights in Australia.
- Enthusiastic to escalate career.
- Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment.
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
