About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager on the Copilot team, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the AI assistant product embedded in Front’s inbox. This role is central to Front’s strategy, embedding Copilot into key Inbox moments while maintaining speed, quality, and trust. You will set direction, work through ambiguity, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business impact. This is a high visibility role interfacing regularly with the executive team.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Front’s Copilot product and its impact on inbox users.
- Make high-judgment decisions on priorities, tradeoffs, and sequencing to maximize impact.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to continuously improve the product using quantitative and qualitative data, market research, and user research.
- Lead end-to-end product development from problem definition through launch and iteration.
- Partner deeply with engineering and design to drive outcomes.
- Collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional partners including marketing, data, sales and GTM.
- Drive clarity and alignment among key stakeholders across the organization, including executives and adjacent teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, or related roles, in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong design thinking and systems thinking skills to break down complex problems and envision scalable solutions.
- Excellent product intuition and taste.
- Ownership mindset, taking responsibility for outcomes and understanding business impact.
- Customer empathy and ability to ship product improvements addressing key pain points.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage senior and executive stakeholders, motivate teams, and inspire action.
- Execution-oriented, comfortable managing work streams, prioritizing, making trade-offs, and ensuring timely, high-quality shipping.
- Demonstrated fluency with AI, including experience using or building AI tooling and understanding AI product nuances.
