Responsibilities

Engage with customers to introduce and demonstrate the features of the interactive Smart shopping cart.
Conduct tutorials to educate customers on how to use the shopping cart, highlighting its features and benefits.
Provide on-the-spot assistance to customers experiencing difficulties, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay this information to the development team.
Develop and implement strategies to encourage customers to try and continue using the shopping cart.
Work closely with store management and the Smart Cart team to ensure the shopping cart meets customer needs and expectations.
Answer questions, assist customers throughout their shopping experience, offer recommendations, and ensure every customer leaves happy.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
Access to reliable transportation.
Ability to work the entire duration of the project assigned.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with frequent walking.
Ability to use hands and wrists regularly, including repetitive motions.
Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
Ability to travel via car.

Skills

Tech Savvy: Comfortable with using and explaining new technology.
Basic understanding of AI technology and user interfaces.
Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Proven ability to work in solo and team environments.
Effective customer relations skills meant always delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work independently.
Retail Associate experience is a plus.
