About the Role
As a New Grad Product Designer, you will join and learn from designers shaping the future of product design where AI is native to how ideas are explored, prototyped, and shipped. You'll work on real projects impacting millions of customers, merchants, and Dashers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and ship improvements. You will join one of our core teams (Consumer, Merchant, Dasher, Ads & Promos, Customer Experience & Integrity) and be paired with a dedicated manager and mentor, supported by a community of designers.
Responsibilities
- Grow to own design end-to-end, experimenting with AI's evolution on work and process.
- Ship polished features reaching millions of users, merchants, and Dashers.
- Use AI to explore divergent directions, build high-fidelity prototypes, and pressure-test ideas.
- Shape how the product becomes smarter, more intuitive, and more human through AI.
- Push the boundaries of product and process, influencing how design is practiced across the team.
- Hone and refine craft with mentors and peers in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, PMs, and researchers to solve problems and ensure high-quality implementation.
Requirements
- Graduating with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or a technology-related field by Summer 2027.
- Available to start full-time in 2027.
- Portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals (visual design, interaction design, user-centered problem solving).
- Portfolio includes at least one case study demonstrating AI application in the design process or design of an AI-powered experience.
