About the Role
As a Promotional Account Executive, you will support the successful delivery of promotional activity for a key retail customer. You will manage promotional planning, reporting, and execution, ensuring accurate management of promotional investments, identification of insights, and timely campaign delivery to drive commercial outcomes. You will become a key point of expertise for promotional systems and processes, helping the team maximize performance and customer results.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of promotional activity across customer systems and internal platforms.
- Maintain promotional calendars, pricing, discounts, and investment plans to support accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Support promotional governance processes, including investment tracking and promotional approvals.
- Analyze promotional performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve results.
- Produce regular reports and commercial updates to support customer planning and decision making.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of promotional activity.
Requirements
- Experience in FMCG, retail, sales support, category, revenue growth management, or a similar commercial environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working across multiple systems and reporting tools.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and keen to build a career in a fast-paced commercial environment.
