About the Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will partner with technical and commercial leaders to navigate complex people challenges, design and deliver meaningful people initiatives, and champion a high-performance, inclusive culture. This role is central to shaping the teams that will define Quantium's next chapter, especially as the company embraces AI and evolves its ways of working.

Requirements
- Experienced HRBP with experience partnering with technical or commercial leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (e.g., technology, professional services, FMCG, or retail).
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, multi-geography organization.
- Strong coaching and influencing skills with a practical, straight-talking approach.
- Ability to co-create solutions with leaders at all levels.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Australian employment legislation and its practical application.
- Experience managing complex investigations and ER matters.
- Comfortable using people data and workforce analytics to surface trends, track initiative impact, and inform planning decisions.
- Openness to new ways of working, including how AI and technology are reshaping HR practices.
- Genuine appetite to keep evolving your approach.
- Ability to solve problems and think big.
