Responsibilities
- Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot flooring, carpeting, painting, plastering, drywall, wall coverings, appliances, windows, doors, electrical systems, domestic water plumbing, sewage plumbing, gas plumbing, and boilers.
- Perform front of house contractor/tenant liaison meetings and discussions regarding building maintenance topics.
