About the Role
The Project Executive will lead and oversee multiple modular data center construction projects nationally, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is critical to Crusoe's Digital Infrastructure segment and requires a key leader to manage complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-site AI Data Center construction projects
- Help build and lead teams of construction industry professionals
- Interface with multiple internal teams including our Spark product team, cloud and networking teams, and factory colleagues
- Work with large scale budgets
- Operate as a key leader on some of the most innovative projects in the data center industry
- Travel as needed (up to 40%) to oversee multiple project sites and investigate future sites
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in construction management of mission critical projects
- Proven track record of managing and delivering challenging projects on time and on (or under) budget
- Deep understanding of construction best practices, methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and quality management
- Enjoy the challenge of working under tight deadlines
- Preferred experience building hyperscale data centers, battery energy storage facilities, substation development, or very complex manufacturing facilities
