About the Role

The role involves customer retention and expansion by managing existing clients, identifying new needs, and collaborating with internal departments for continuous optimization of services and solutions. Responsibilities

  • Customer retention and expansion through managing existing clients and identifying new needs.
  • Holistic property management and organization of services in technical, infrastructural, and commercial areas.
  • Ensuring contract and QMS-compliant execution of all property management services.
  • Ensuring quality standards in building technology maintenance and inspection.
  • Supporting project management in administrative and operational matters, including managing sub-projects.
  • Ensuring project monitoring and controlling, conducting cost analyses, and initiating measures.
  • Ensuring smooth communication with all project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Engineering, Real Estate Management, Facility Management, or a comparable technical qualification (e.g., Master/Technician/Business Administrator).
  • Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in facility management or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent German language skills (written and spoken, C2 level).
  • Good English language skills.
  • Independent, structured way of working and strategic thinking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365.
  • Valid driver's license Class B.
  • Enthusiasm for customer contact and building sustainable relationships.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, offer preparation, and negotiation.
