  • Coach leaders and managers through integration decisions and employee impacts while leading culture and ways of working integration to support effective team alignment.
  • Oversee high-risk employee relations matters and ensure core People processes are integrated effectively, including performance management, talent development, recruitment, rewards, and payroll.
  • Work with People Technology, People Operations and data owners to support accurate employee-data migration, system access, records management, and reporting with appropriate privacy controls.
  • Establish integration governance and reporting, monitor progress and outcomes, partner across the People function for consistent experience, and plan sustainable handover with documented accountabilities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant People experience in a global environment, with significant experience supporting complex organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Prior experience with acquisition, merger, divestiture, or large-scale workforce integration activities.
  • Working knowledge of organization design, employee transfer processes, consultation requirements, reward and benefits harmonization, and talent retention strategies.
