About the Role

Amazon Japan is seeking a Field Quality Assurance (FQA) professional for Amazon Logistics (AMZL) to enhance delivery quality and efficiency. The FQA role involves verifying delivery data, analyzing delivery challenges through on-site visits, and reflecting this data in Amazon's delivery systems. You will also analyze the impact of this data on actual deliveries and collaborate with other teams to drive operational improvements.
Responsibilities
- Verify and update delivery data, GPS errors, and customer information based on delivery performance.
- Confirm and update data using online tools.
- Collaborate with and execute actions for various stakeholders.
- Analyze data for delivery challenges.
- Provide analysis results of delivery data to internal stakeholders.
- Gather information and provide feedback on delivery issues within the delivery system.
- Plan and promote projects to improve safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Promote operational standardization.
- Conduct on-site investigations (Easel) regardless of season, visiting delivery challenge locations, interviewing building managers, and investigating delivery locations and rules for delivery lockers, then updating data.
- Perform other related duties.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
- Basic PC skills (Word, PowerPoint).
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables required).
- Business-level Japanese proficiency.
- Ability to extract and analyze factors from all aspects to solve problems when identifying issues.
- Ability to multitask and perform duties efficiently.
- Ability to consider workplace priorities and coordinate with stakeholders for execution.
- Flexibility to adapt to new AI tools and rapid operational changes.
- Ability to perform duties positively even in a rapidly changing environment.
