About the Role
As a key member of the Surgical Business Unit, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage Manufacturing Operations projects following PMI guidance, including planning, organizing, and overseeing project execution from start to finish.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to defined scope by managing resources, communicating with stakeholders, and mitigating risks.
- Lead project teams and manage activities associated with longer-term, multiple-department, or Company-wide projects of moderate risk, scope, and complexity.
- Consult with business partners to clarify and define project requirements and business case, including development of a Project Charter.
- Develop and revise complex project plans and budgets.
- Work with users to understand complex problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution, escalating as necessary to meet timelines.
- Interact and negotiate with mid to senior level management on behalf of the project team.
- Develop and implement complex project communication plans.
- Create and deliver presentations to mid-senior level management on project goals and plans, including progress reports.
- May manage a group of projects associated with a specific business function.
- Work with functional groups to develop Project Charters.
- Perform detailed project planning including project scope planning, time and resource planning, and communication planning and risk mitigation plans.
- Work closely with Ops Leadership, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory and Marketing teams to coordinate necessary resources to ensure on time and on budget execution of projects.
- Organize project team and weekly project meetings.
- Develop and maintain monthly project status reporting.
- Identify potential project risks and collaborate with leadership on risk mitigation plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6-8 years Engineering, Marketing, Quality, or Sales Operations experience.
- 4 years of Project Management experience.
- Applicants must already have full-time work authorization in the United States, both now and in the future, without requiring sponsorship.
