About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Business Analysis at Capital One, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges. You will work with a team of world-class professionals to develop and test strategies that ultimately impact the bottom line. You will partner closely with key cross-functional stakeholders across the Global Payment Network (e.g., Sales, Product, Pricing, Risk), leverage market research, and use internal data to support your projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of analysts, structuring their workstreams in a collaborative and high performing environment.
- Shape and drive long-term and short-term global acceptance strategies, and drive quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate major deal opportunities.
- Conduct deep-dive competitive research and market analyses, benchmarking network performance to surface actionable business insights.
- Translate complex business questions into structured recommendations, and deliver executive-level narratives to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Proven track record of solving complex problems by pairing strong conceptual thinking with quantitative rigour, ideally within a payments network environment.
- A tenacious, forward-thinking decision-maker who operates with high integrity, commercial responsibility, and sound business acumen.
- Experience performing people management, with the ability to coach, mentor, and build a high-performing team.
- Strong executive communication skills, and project management experience to coordinate delivery across multiple lines of business.
