About the Role
The firm is seeking Associates for the Diligence & Growth Strategy (DGS) team, supporting deal selection and portfolio companies. This hybrid role involves diligence for new investments and collaborating with executives to accelerate growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct due diligence for prospective investments, including market, competitive, and financial analysis.
- Lead engagements with companies owned by Insight, advising on operations, strategy, customer analytics, pricing, and M&A.
- Contribute to thought leadership and best practice sharing.
Requirements
- Interest in technology and working with rapidly growing companies.
- Intellectual curiosity, strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience managing and influencing others.
- Ability to identify areas of improvement and drive outcomes.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Preference for 1-3 years of work experience (2022-2024 undergrad) in consulting, technology, or venture capital/private equity.
