About the Role

We are seeking a Tech Lead to join our team and develop proprietary products for financial institutions. In this role, you will be a key member driving product strategy in a flat, collaborative startup environment, fostering rapid PDCA cycles. You will also contribute to improving development processes, including Scrum team operations. Our company develops products using profits from consulting services, balancing long-term vision with short-term market impact.

Responsibilities

Application development and technical leadership for proprietary financial products.
Provide technical support, guide strategy, and make technical decisions for team members.
Improve development processes based on Scrum.
Implement and validate in short cycles from the Proof of Concept (PoC) stage.
Develop and enhance products such as Trust TLanP and Trust GenGA.

Requirements

Hold a 4-year university degree or equivalent information technology learning experience.
Possess over 3 years of implementation experience in system development (excluding PM/operations).
Have over 1 year of experience as a Tech Lead or similar role.
Possess over 3 years of development experience in languages such as Python, Go, Java, C++, C#, Kotlin, or Rust.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile development.
Business-level or higher English proficiency (sufficient for technical communication).
Be a Japanese national or possess a valid work visa for Japan (IT technical roles) with at least six months remaining validity.
