About the Role

Provide ongoing administrative support to an office or set of managers. Develop and maintain structures for communication between departments and provide supervisors with valuable information for business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the day-to-day operations and needs of the assigned department.
  • Oversee internal administrative and clerical duties to support assigned management.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship across all dealership departments.
  • Provide ongoing administrative support to an office or set of managers.
  • Develop and maintain structures for communication between departments.
  • Provide supervisors with valuable information for business opportunities.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, memos, and general correspondence.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
