About the Role

Audax Group is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support the Audax Private Debt business in New York, assisting in client relations and fundraising efforts. The role requires understanding Audax Private Debt’s products, creative problem-solving, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare presentation and support materials for investor meetings.
Work with Investor Relations team and investors to respond to inquiries regarding product offerings, due diligence questionnaires, RFPs, and ad hoc requests.
Assist in content management for Audax Private Debt products and offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and craft accurate responses about Audax Private Debt.
Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships with Investment, Finance, Compliance, Tax, and other internal teams.
Gather and maintain competitor information to position Audax’ offerings.
Create marketing collateral communicating the strategy and value proposition of Audax Private Debt products.
Assist in drafting investor communications, including quarterly and annual reports and letters.
Create materials for investor events, including meetings, conference calls, and advisory board meetings.
Compile market data and liaise with Investment and Investor Relations teams to create market updates.
Facilitate internal review process for all external materials with Investment, Compliance, and/or Legal teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, economics, accounting, or marketing.
Demonstrated professional and academic achievement.
2-4 years of prior experience within an investment bank or alternative asset management firm, preferably in a marketing or investment position.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong quantitative skills, including knowledge of finance and accounting.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to cultivate and foster solid working relationships with colleagues in other offices.
Inquisitive nature and desire to dive deep into the asset class.
Ability to work well under pressure with multitasking and prioritization skills.
Strong work ethic, team player, proactive, attention to detail, and positive attitude.
