About the Role
As a Product Manager III on the Staffing Solutions team, you will own the strategy and roadmap for marketplace matching, offering, and fulfillment. You will partner with various cross-functional teams and utilize data and user testing to guide product development, enhancing the capability, reliability, and configurability of the marketplace stack.
Responsibilities
- Oversee strategy and roadmap for one or more product areas, including intake, backlog, business case, and user stories.
- Prioritize initiatives and maintain clarity on what work is most important.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Work closely with capability owners and development teams to maintain a healthy backlog.
- Use data to guide decisions and measure impact.
- Summarize and present complex information, issues, processes, and options clearly to leadership, team members, and other groups.
Requirements
- Requires Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years relevant experience, or 14 years of relevant experience, or equivalent in education and experience.
- 3+ years owning matching, liquidity, or fulfillment on a two-sided marketplace, or building a SaaS platform that does that work (data model, APIs, and adoption).
- Technical fluency in ML/AI systems and infrastructure.
- Experienced with data analytics (SQL or equivalent), A/B testing, UX tools (figma), AI tools and prototyping (claude, chatgpt, cursor, etc.).
- Experienced with front end user experience (web, mobile, apps).
- Data driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
