About the Role
The Executive Producer elevates and ensures creative excellence through production on their assigned accounts. This is a temporary assignment with the potential to extend or convert to a permanent role.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-stakes productions independently or with support, upholding high craft standards.
- Lead content productions with A-list Directors/Partners, celebrity talent, and multiple workstreams and media.
- Ensure key stakeholders are informed and educated on the production process, leading advocacy for improved communication and work processes.
- Lead the discovery/vetting process to accurately scope projects, define requirements and success metrics, and evolve creative concepts into clear deliverables.
- Develop production solutions that ensure creative excellence within budget parameters.
- Understand SOW’s with clear scope, risk, assumptions, and deliverables, and review those drafted by project management.
- Build strong relationships with Business Affairs, understanding AICP and AICE bid formats.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of SAG-AFTRA guidelines for talent.
- Lead post-project summary meetings and suggest ways to instill learnings within the department and across disciplines.
- Utilize production technology for efficiencies.
- Elevate creative work by finding versatile solutions and leading the evolution of creative concepts into stronger executions.
- Maintain cultural capital and credibility by working with emerging and established partners.
- Cultivate strong relationships with outside partners and maintain a wide network.
- Oversee multidisciplinary producers and their work input, assigning and briefing projects.
- Mentor junior producers to develop versatile production approaches and creative problem-solving skills.
- Share inspirational work, innovative technological solutions, and best practices within the industry.
- Utilize agency tech and tools according to department protocols.
Requirements
- Customer wellness, healthcare, or health-adjacent industry experience is required.
- Expert at navigating agency systems, predicting and removing roadblocks, and negotiating with key players.
- Advise creatives, account teams, and clients on choices that shape pipelines and protect creative ideas.
- Ensure client needs/goals are met and integrity in final deliverables is maintained.
- Mentor junior producers and creatives to guide their growth and help them execute with the highest level of craft.
- Available to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
- Must be authorized to work and reside in the United States.

Experience Level
- 12+ years' experience scoping and managing large productions (1mil+) as an integrated producer focused on Content (Broadcast, social and still).
- Experience in digital and/or experiential a plus.
Salary/Compensations
- $88.82 - $118.49 per hour
