About the Role

The Partner Engagements Manager will own the strategy, planning, and end-to-end delivery of global virtual and in-person Partner Advisory Boards and Strategic Roundtables, while driving the operational excellence of the broader team. This role requires exceptional cross-functional leadership, communication, and influence, as you will direct multiple internal teams across Salesforce, set operational timelines, drive stakeholder alignment, and manage outside agency relationships. You must bring strong program leadership and decision-making skills, outstanding attention to detail, experience directing high-visibility event content, and a drive to build the best practices and operational playbooks that define world-class Global Partner Advisory Boards and Strategic Roundtables.

Responsibilities

  • Own the operational strategy and execution roadmap for partner-facing programs, both virtual and in-person.
  • Direct event logistics including registration setup, venue contracts, back-end virtual platform setup, entertainment, meeting space planning, timelines, onsite event execution, budget ownership, debrief collection, and survey distribution.
  • Direct the collection, formatting, and review of presentation decks (Google Slides) from internal stakeholders and external speakers, setting the standard for visual consistency and brand compliance.
  • Own the drafting, editing, and scheduling of pre/post-event communications for attendees and stakeholders, including partner invitations, agenda briefs, and follow-up emails.
  • Lead the build of session agendas, govern digital assets, and set the structure for content repositories across event materials.
  • Build and evolve operational playbooks, SOPs, and content templates to scale repeatable partner programs.
  • Drive alignment across organizational boundaries, directing internal subject matter experts and team leads to keep content reviews and project timelines on track.
  • Manage conversations and decisions with Salesforce executives.
  • Manage external agency and vendor relationships on content production, creative assets, and event deliverables.
  • Own budget tracking, vendor invoice processing, and contract management.
  • Negotiate scope, cost, and timeline directly with external agencies and vendors.
  • Synthesize post-event survey data, slide engagement metrics, and feedback into strategic recommendations that shape the future partner experience.
  • Represent and report the program's strategy and results to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of program leadership, event strategy, content direction, or communications leadership experience.
  • Experience leading partner programs or working within a B2B technology environment preferred.
  • Strong writing, editorial judgment, and presentation strategy skills, with a high degree of proficiency in Google Slides and Google Docs.
  • Exceptional program leadership skills—highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to own complex timelines and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leader with the ability to direct and influence global cross-functional teams and build lasting stakeholder relationships.
  • Proactive and outcomes-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to internal stakeholders and partner success.
