The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at translating complex technology into actionable field programs, and has a passion for AI and enterprise SaaS.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Agentforce GTM expert across product, marketing, sales, pricing/packaging, and operations, translating innovation into clear, actionable programs that drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Understand and communicate the Agentforce consumption model, helping sellers and customers navigate pricing, value realization, and Flex Credit opportunities.
  • Create, launch, and manage quarterly sales plays aligned to product priorities, market opportunities, and field needs, driving measurable pipeline growth.
  • Design and build AI-powered enablement tools, including custom Slackbot skills and agent workflows, that turn manual, multi-source seller research into instant, accurate, actionable guidance.
  • Own, partner, and drive adoption of Agentforce across the field, building programs and feedback loops that identify adoption blockers, track funnel/usage metrics, and turn insight into targeted enablement sales plays.
  • Partner across Corporate Strategy, Core Product Marketing, Product Management, Product Enablement, Sales Program Management, Strategic Events, and cross-cloud GTM teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution.
  • Maintain a grasp of the Agentforce product, understanding its architecture, capabilities, and roadmap to inform enablement and messaging.
  • Build and deliver high-impact presentations and demos for internal enablement sessions.
  • Design and deliver compelling enablement programs and content (training materials, FAQs, talk tracks, demo guides, etc.) that empower technical and non-technical sellers alike.
  • Partner with global go-to-market and distribution leaders to drive adoption, readiness, and pipeline acceleration across all selling teams.
  • Develop and maintain repeatable GTM assets (sales plays, messaging frameworks, competitive content, and demo libraries) aligned to launch and campaign rhythms.
  • Communicate sales updates, ensuring consistent storytelling and alignment across global teams and product pillars.
  • Act as the Agentforce subject matter expert across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Data Cloud, etc.) to ensure unified value messaging and solution positioning.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and remain comfortable with ambiguity, adapting quickly while maintaining clarity, precision, and executional excellence.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce AI, Agentforce, or comparable enterprise AI and automation platforms.
  • Strong grasp of Agentforce product fundamentals, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
  • Proven ability to partner closely with Core Product Marketers, Product Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to align launches, messaging, and roadmap priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with Sales Leadership, Account Executives, and Sales Programs to translate GTM strategy into field-ready execution.
  • Success in developing sales plays, enablement programs, and training materials that drive adoption and measurable pipeline impact.
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, capable of delivering persuasive, executive-ready content for diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with consumption-based pricing models and skill in simplifying complex pricing structures into customer-centric value narratives.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to inform GTM strategy, measure success, and refine programs.
