Responsibilities
- Prepare food consistent with recipe cards
- Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, ensuring not to over-prepare estimated needs
- Return unused food items to designated storage areas for the next shift
- Operate and properly clean cooking and kitchen equipment and supplies
Requirements
- Ability to think on your feet
- Ability to keep up in high-pressure situations
- Must be able to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
