About the Role

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee cleaning and janitorial staff at their Sports and Entertainment venue. This role reports to the District Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Plans and coordinates all aspects of cleaning operations, including daily, event, and post-event services.
  • Trains, plans, schedules, and assigns full and part-time employees.
  • Acts as a liaison between Pritchard Sports and Entertainment Group and the Arena Management Team to oversee building and equipment cleaning operations.
  • Manages third-party vendor sub-contractors.
  • Ensures cost-efficient operations by preparing and maintaining the budget.
  • Establishes, reviews, and maintains financial procedures, methods, accounts, and control records.
  • Develops and implements standard operating procedures and a preventative maintenance program.
  • Ensures high-quality service by establishing goals and supervising managers.
  • Maintains logs, records, and provides reports as required.
  • Manages inventory of equipment and supplies and makes necessary requisitions.
  • Keeps cost records of work performed and coordinates cost estimates and event settlements.
  • Establishes, disseminates, and monitors work performance, safety standards, and OSHA requirements.
  • Organizes and executes training and safety programs.
  • Attends internal and external meetings as necessary.
  • Ensures all cleaning is coordinated, produced, and executed professionally.
  • Handles HR concerns, including hiring, interviewing, disciplinary actions, payroll, and reporting.
  • Inspects arena seating and suite areas to determine employee deployment strategy.
  • Addresses client concerns with urgency.
  • Completes other duties as assigned by the District Manager and VP of Operations.

Requirements

  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • Available to work extended hours.
