- Produce and release VM mechanicals as needed, ensuring all deliverables meet brand, vendor and regional requirements.
- Partner with Creative, VM and Marketing teams to develop and execute compelling brand assets across retail and print channels.

- Collaborate with VM and Marketing teams to refine layouts and mechanicals for accuracy.
- Adapt global creative concepts for local markets, maintaining brand consistency while addressing regional specifications and production constraints.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and production partners to ensure projects move efficiently from concept through final delivery.
- Prepare, package, and quality-check final artwork files for print and fabrication, with a strong understanding of color management, material specifications and best practices.
- Help establish and improve workflows, templates and production standards that increase efficiency and consistency across teams and regions.
- Stay current on design trends, retail experiences, print production techniques and emerging tools to continually elevate both creative and production output.
- Batch process cropping and resizing of full-res images into various sizes for use in print and digital assets.
