About the Role

The Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan seeks a Vice President of Digital Products to lead its digital transformation, focusing on optimizing the user experience of its digital 'front door' and improving operational efficiency, member communication, reporting, and technology use. This role involves working with a primary operating platform managed by a vendor partner, Daxko, to surface critical enhancements and new capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Fine-tune the customer journey for thousands of members across various services like camp registration and film festival ticketing.
  • Establish a culture of using data (GA4 and CRM insights) to inform decisions and drive strategic growth.
  • Lead and empower a team of three Product roles and manage external agencies (CRM, SEO).
  • Guide the strategic vision for training, upskilling, engagement, and hospitality using digital products and professional development.
  • Act as a leader in process innovation and serve as the technical bridge between Finance, Marketing, and Programming.
  • Ensure the digital roadmap supports the JCC's long-term mission.
  • Work in a high-energy, collaborative environment driven by a mission of building and fostering community.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading digital products, websites, customer-facing platforms, or operational technology.
  • Strong experience managing websites and digital content platforms, ideally including WordPress.
  • Understanding of how website structure, content, navigation, forms, registration flows, SEO, and analytics create a seamless customer journey.
  • Ability to translate business needs, staff feedback, member pain points, and data insights into clear priorities, requirements, and improvements.
  • Comfort working across systems such as registration platforms, CRM tools, email/marketing platforms, reporting tools, project management systems, and ticketing workflows.
  • Experience with Daxko, WordPress, Monday.com, GA4, Tableau, or similar tools is highly valued.
  • Ability to work effectively with vendors, agencies, and internal teams, including asking the right questions, clarifying requirements, managing expectations, tracking issues, and advocating for enhancements.
  • Comfort using analytics, reporting, customer feedback, and operational insights to guide decisions.
